Training Department
In addition to Disciplehip
Counseling and Teaching, SGI also offers a ten
month training program known as Advanced Discipleship
Development.
The Advanced Discipleship Development
program is designed to provide a deeper, comprehensive understanding
of
one's
identification
with Christ on an experiential level. Care is given to maintain
a balance between learning and personal growth.
The program is not designed to fully
equip the student with all the necessary skills to disciple others
through discipleship counseling or teaching; however, it is a major
step in that direction.
The program is also very beneficial
for those who may not enter into structured counseling or teaching,
but want
to learn how to compassionately communicate Life to whomever they
come in contact with.
The Program
The Advanced Discipleship Development program
begins with a 3-day retreat where the students begin their journey
together.

- Law and Grace
- Sexual Abuse
- Sexual Maladjustment

Note: The staff reserves the right
to change or substitute lectures
At the end of ten months, students may have the
